Set in beautiful Puerto Vallarta at the luxurious Garza Blanca Preseve Resort and Spa, JotakaFest will include everything that Jotaka Loves: Dope Friends, Beaches, Sun, Music, Amazing Food, Cocktails, and Adventure.
This is the year of 40 Rotations for many friends, so we will have a special toast and celebration for all of those celebrating 40 Rotations and Special Birthdays

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the Garza Blanca Preserve Hotel and Spa. Garza Blanca is a 4 Diamond Resort and boasts amazing views and unparalleled services. Several types of rooms will be available, so rates will vary based on number of people per room. The room rates outlined below are per person for the entire weekend.
The All Inclusive Rates include all taxes, service fees , all meals, restaurant meals, resort activities, open bar, snacks/poolside meals and cocktails.
The average cost per person for the entire weekend is $650.00 (*exact rates are below)
One Room Night Deposit is Due at Booking/ The Remaining Amount Is Due upon Check In. Payments can be made leading up to Check-In by Calling Reservations
Please use the “JotakaFest 40th Edition” Facebook group if you need to find roommate/suite mates

YOU MUST BOOK USING THE PRIVATE BOOKING LINK BELOW IN TO “JotakaFest” REDUCED ROOM RATE. IF YOU HAVE ROOMATES or MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN YOUR ROOM - PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GUESTS IN THE ROOM WILL BE UNDER ONE RESERVATION AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL REFLECT THE TOTAL COST BASED ON THE CHART BELOW.
Room Rates are based on a per person for the entire weekend. For example: If 4 people stay in a Two bedroom Suite - the cost will be $654.00 per person. If two people stay in a Jr. Suite the cost is $651.00 per person. If someone chooses to take a Jr. suite for themselves the rate is $1,056.00. #JotakaFest Guests are encouraged to use the “JotakaFest 40th Edition” Facebook Group to Find potential roommates. All bookings should be made directly with the Hotel. All guest names in each room are provided at booking. 1 room night stay is due upon booking, remaining balance is due at check in. Room Descriptions are avail on the booking link. Please note that for Jr. Suites a limited number of Roll Away beds are avail for those who wish to have separate beds.

DEFINITION: A weekend that will bring together everything that Jotaka Loves! Amazing Food, Beaches , Sun, Cocktails, Good Vibes, Dope People, Laughter, Relaxation, Breathtaking Sunsets and Views.
FRIDAY- FEB 15TH
10AM - 6PM - Arrivals/Pool Lounging/Enjoy the City
Garza Blanca provides a hospitality suite for guests to shower and change into swimsuits/clothes while waiting for room check in. All guests can enjoy open bar and food upon arriving
6:30PM - 8:00PM - Welcome Reception and Sunset Cocktails (Blanca Blue Restaurant -Garza Blanca)
8:00PM- 10 PM - Dinner On Your Own - (You are encouraged to meet new people and dine with groups of people that you do not know. )
10:30PM - Until - Welcome HOuse PARTY— (Bring a Bottle and Come ready to mix, mingle, dance, and have a good house party) (Hospitality Suite - Exact Room TBA)
SATURDAY - FEB 16TH
9:00 AM -11:00 AM- Boozy Breakfast/Brunch (Blanca Blue)
Guests are invited to an old fashion turn up breakfast and Brunch - including bottomless mimosas, breakfast buffet, and good vibes
11:00AM- 5:00PM - Issa Yacht — Yacht Party (Ocean) (BUS PICK UP AT 11:00am SHARP)
We will transport to The Yacht and will enjoy a day at sea — swimming, snorkeling, open bar, loud music, and food. (#JotakaFEST - TankTops Provided for Guests)
(if wouldnt be JotakFest without a Yacht Party - you will be responsible for a $85 donation/Fee due on Feb 1st —- Jotaka will take care of the rest )
5:30- 7:45 - Dinner on Your Own (Grab a Quick Dinner with new friends and get ready for cocktails on the rooftop bar)
8:00 PM - 11:30pm - 40 Rotations - Rooftop Drinks and Celebration - ATTIRE: SEXY BLACK (Sky Bar/Rooftop Lounge - Moussai/Garza Blanca)
Guests will gather at the breathtaking Sky Bar and Rooftop lounge for cocktails and celebration of 40 Rotations around the sun. Guests are asked to wear Sexy Black.
***Please note that this venue has a space capacity of 90 people. Given the venue the hotel does not allow for private access — all JotakaFest guest will be encouraged to arrive at the venue by 7:45pm to avoid entry issues.
12:30AM- until- (Optional) Late Night Party in Downtown Puerto Vallarta - Bar Crawl (Downtown Puerto Vallarta)
For those that want to keep the party going - join us for a night on the town in the busy and fun clubs in Downtown Puerto Vallarta. PVR is known for a vibrant night life - with parties lasting until 5am! Table Service. Guests will be responsible for taking uber/taxi downtown.
SUNDAY - FEB 17TH
8:00AM -11:00AM- Breakfast on Your Own
Breakfast and Drinks are included in the All Inclusive - Guests are encouraged to book reservations or walk into any restaurant on the property. Blanca Blue and the Steakhouse have sweeping views. Blanca Blue’s buffet and menu selections are excellent!
11:00AM- 3:00PM - Day Party at the Pool (Mountain Pool - Garza Blanca)
Enjoy a day of music, pool, sun, cocktails and fun. Food and cocktails will be served by the Pool.
3:00- 7:30pm - Freetime
(Enjoy the city, go to the spa, enjoy tennis, get ready for Jotaka’s Grand Finale Event)
8:00 PM - 12:00am - “Celebration of 40 Rotations Around the Sun: Dinner of Gratitude and Love/ Beach Front Birthday Dinner and Party - (Beach Side)
Attire = Island Chic (Please wear something colorful - solid colors preferred - please do not wear white)
Guests will gather on the beach for a Closing Dinner, Cocktails and PARTY on the BEACH — DJ, Music, Beachside Turn Up! - Guests will be asked to share 1 thing that they are Grateful For.
MONDAY - FEB 18TH
(Optional) Farewell Brunch: For those still at the Hotel — Jotaka will have Brunch at Blanca Blue — at 10:00am — feel free to Join Her
ALL DAY- Departures /Pool Lounging/Resort Activities/ Spa Services
Guests will depart as needed. For guests will late check out - feel free to enjoy spa service, food services, drinks, resort activities, explore downtown, enjoy the pool. Use of the hospitality suite is available for guests with late flights or need to change clothes/shower before heading to the airport.
EXTRA SERVICES/DOWNTIME ACTIVITIES
Garza Blanca Resort is a beautiful paradise that offers resort activities at no additional charge including snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, yoga, hiking, basket ball courts, tennis, gym etc.
Garza Blanca offers Spa Services (Additional Fees) — Spa Services can be reserved including Hydro Therapy (Highly recommended to start your morning)
The City of Puerto Vallarta is known for its bars, specialty shops, art and cafes including several craft cocktail bars - guests are encourage to explore the city. Cabs/Uber to the city average $7-10 dollar each way.
Room Rates are valid for 3 days before and after Feb 15th -18th - so guests can choose to come early or stay later.

You only really need to bring yourself and good vibes. I want my birthday party to be a reflection of the way I live my life - so friends with good vibes are welcome to come with you! My vision is a wonderful weekend in which friends can make new friends and have a good time doing it. A few items and suggestions to bring with you:
Book Your Airfare Early: JotakaFest will take place during President’s Day Weekend - So you are encouraged to book your airfare as early as possible. Many airlines fly into Puerto Vallarta (PVR) — including American, United, Delta, SouthWest, Virgin, Interject, etc
Good Vibes: Come ready to meet new people and have a good time!
Attire: 1) Sexy “Black and Bling”Outfit - For Group Dinner/Party
2) Island Chic Colorful Outfit
3) Swim Wear and Yacht Wear
Cash/Credit Card - The resort is all inclusive but you will need cash for airport transfers (Uber is avail), tips (above service fees is you wish), additional activities
Snacks/Non perishable Items: You may want to pack a few of your favorite items so you don’t have to go to the store in town. The rates include all meals and drinks but if you like to have Doritos or Pringles, you may want to pack them. (LOL)
Liquor: The resort includes open bar and unlimited drinks but if you plan to have drinks/spirits after the resort bars close (Generally 1:00am), you are encouraged to bring/ pack liquor for your room/suite. There are also several duty free shops in the PVR airport upon entering the country.
Bug Spray: The Resort doesn’t have bugs but just in case - you may want to pack a small bottle
Sneakers for Hiking, Tennis, Basketball: Garza Blanca is set on a beautiful Preserve and has hiking trails, early morning Yoga, and a sport complex - if you plan to hike, play basketball, or tennis don’t forget your athletic wear. (Tennis Rackets and Balls are provided)
